The Ezell Group Insurance started in June of 2004 by Randy Ezell after leaving the telecom business. After a short stint as a “captive agent” Randy decided that to best serve his customers he needed to become an “Independent Agent” where he could offer more than just one company to his clients to assure he could meet all of their needs and be more competitive. He joined the SIAA in February of 2006 and has never looked back.
“The Strategic Independent Agents Alliance (SIAA) allows me to represent many different companies. I can always do what’s best for my customers without the worry of having to hit a quota with a particular company. If a customer suddenly becomes uncompetitive because of an accident, a ticket, a youthful driver, etc I can move them to a new company with better rates and they still keep the same agent and the same great service.
